Your advocate in District 86
A democrat ready to take on the issues facing our district and our state.

Meet Seth; an advocate and educator with over 20 years in social services and over half a decade in child welfare services. He's seen firsthand the need in Florida for reforms related to funding for education, child trafficking, elder and child abuse, adoption, LGBTQ+ equality, and women's rights.

He’s ready to take on the systemic injustices and emergent issues in Palm Beach County and around the state for a brighter future for Florida.

Running for All Floridians

An advocate, educator, and social worker, Seth Densen has over two decades of experience in social services. He is a proponent of open and transparent government and supports equal rights for the LGBTQ+ community.

Having worked in state government, Seth became an advocate for many of the vulnerable in Palm Beach County, including children and the elderly.

Seeing firsthand the issues that face our community and the state of Florida, Seth will work across the aisle to effectuate macro-level changes regarding: lack of funding for education, lack of funding for child welfare, compromised infrastructure, the need for affordable healthcare and housing for our homeless population, resources for victims of domestic and family violence, resources for those struggling with mental health and more reforms for safe gun ownership.

Seth will advocate for District 86 on the issues that will benefit all Floridians.

Meet Seth
Candidate for Florida State House

Since the age of eight, Seth knew he wanted to be a social worker––always wanting to help and serve others, be a voice for the silent, and bring light to dark places.

Many of Seth's childhood experiences shaped him into the individual he is today; having been born premature three months and weighing in at under two pounds, it was clear from the beginning Seth would always be a fighter.

As a child, he wore hearing aids and
Coke-bottle glasses; while in grammar school, he was diagnosed with a learning disability. He became an easy target for bullies and experienced many of the issues today's youth face.

However, his determination to succeed
was great. Seth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Today, he is an adjunct instructor at Florida Atlantic University’s Phyllis and Harvey Sandler School of Social Work and a social worker at Jupiter Medical Center.

Seth, his wife Pam, and their three children can often be found volunteering their time with various organizations.
